Tax: Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 17.4% (subject to change without notice and will be adjusted accordingly).
Additional person charges are: $30 for each additional adult beyond two guests.
RATE INCLUDES DESTINATION FEE – If you book through the group block you will not pay the $25.56 nightly Destination fee per room per night (excluding tax)

Deadline for Booking
You must book your rooms by 5:00pm CST on Friday, October 4, 2024 to receive the group discounted rates.
Pre + Post Rooms: Rates will be available 3 days prior and 3 days after the Event Room Block Dates, subject to availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation window for individual reservations is 72 hours from check-in time on arrival day. Beyond that time, the amount due is not refundable, even if the booking is cancelled or modified.
Guarantee Policy: All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card
Check-in Policy: Check-in time: 3:00pm CST
No Smoking Policy: The Chicago Athletic Association is a smoke free hotel. In the event of a room being smoked in, a $250 fee to the Master Bill or Guest Room Bill will apply.
