Presentation: Creating a Digital Center of Excellence
The current global and digital economy presents multiple pressures to companies to improve the co-creation of value offered while at the same time reduce costs and lead-times. As a consequence, companies have started to explore new forms of collaborative relationships with selected partners. The opportunities behind collaborative digital transformation allow companies to quantify the joint benefits of dynamically readjust their operational transactions. New dimensions to strengthen the collaborative value generated are discovered applying analytics technics based on Deep Learning Artificial Intelligence. When companies jointly digitize their SC processes and digitalize their value chain, collaboration can take multiple forms. In this session, Maria Jesus Saenz will explain how leading companies are utilizing these NextGen technologies to collaborate across value chains, including case study examples from the MIT Digital Supply Chain Transformation labs.
