You must make your reservations by Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at 5:00pm EST to get the discounted rate.
Pre + Post Rooms: Rates will be available 3 days prior and 3 days after the Event Room Block Dates, subject to availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Please note the hotel cancellation policy when reserving your accommodations. You can cancel your room up until 48 hours prior to arrival. If you cancel within 48 hours, a one-night room & tax penalty will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.
